Anne Burrell
Anne W. Burrell, an American TV chef, and the former Institute of Culinary Education instructor, is a TV personality. She hosts Secrets of a Restaurant Chef on the Food Network and the co-host of Worst Cooks in America. Anne Burrell, with her trademark spiky blond tresses and pumped-up persona on the Food Network's Secrets of a Restaurant Cook series, shares an easy and straightforward techniques for home cooks. Chef Burrell also has worked in some of New York's top establishments, been studying the Italian food and culture and has participated in Food Network's Iron Chef America. As a youngster, living in the New York's upstate region, Burrell became passionate about food and cooking. The Culinary Institute of America was the next step after she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communication from Canisius College Buffalo NY. The Culinary Institute of America is where I spent my most memorable time in my life. It was impossible to take enough enjoyment from the experience. When I graduated from the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners Chef Burrell spent an entire year in Italy doing research and working at La Taverna del Lupo restaurant in Umbria as well as La Bottega del 30 one Michelin rating in Tuscany. When she was in Italy, Chef Burrell developed an appreciation for and appreciation for Italian food. It had a significant influence on her perception of food. Burrell is an ambassador for the celebrity chef of the Juvenile Diabetic Research Foundation. She also has been on the Garden of Dreams Foundation Advisory Board, which helps children with obstacles. In her capacity as a speaker, Burrell is on the road to speak about her passion for food as well as her career in the culinary field. Anne in all her culinary journey has stated that it is a privilege to be able to share her passion for the food industry with people.
